Rare double flowering variation of our beloved Minnesota native marsh marigold, it should perform equally well to our great harbinger of spring. Packed with multiple golden yellow petals, the flowers look more like a true marigold than the buttercup family from which it derives. This is a natural variation of the native, but is not listed as native by the DNR.
