January 14, 2024 General Meeting

The first meeting of the new year will be held January 14th from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at Bachman’s on Lyndale. Jane Horn, a Carver-Scott Master Gardener specializing in shade gardening and container design will present: Keukenhof Gardens: Seven Million Blooming Bulbs. Enjoy photos of the most beautiful spring garden in the world while Jane describes how this garden is reconstructed each year with the latest cultivars. Glimpses of how pervasive gardening is in the Netherlands will also be shared.
Jane Horn is a Carver-Scott Master Gardener specializing in shade gardening and container design. In 2009 her garden was one of the StarTribune Beautiful Gardens and in 2010 it was featured on the Better Homes and Garden website. Two of her container designs have been pictured in Fine Gardening magazine.
