Certified organic, this variety is one of the most popular edible lotus in China.  It will produce lots of leaves, and a few flowers, but this is grown for eating.  All parts of the lotus are edible from seeds to stems to leaves to tubers.  We suggest planting in a 5’ kiddie pool for best results and harvesting in the fall.
