A fine-leaved Sedge with a loose tuft of culms for wet soils and full sun. Great for naturalizing along shorelines as an important food source for wetland insects and waterfowl. Actively grows during the spring and fall when soil temperatures are cool. This is the Minnesota Native, sourced from Minnesota. Can be planted in natural waterways.
