Huge showy plant with a profusion of bright sunflower yellow flowers on this Minnesota Native. Tolerant of clay, and preferring wet feet, this tough and showy plant grows well in the bottom of a sunny rain garden, ditch or near the edge of a natural pond. Large leaves surround a distinctive square stem forming the “cup” for which this plant is named. Can be planted in natural waterways.
